At the crux of your decision was your belief in the integrity of Chuck. I got introduced to him through golf friends and friends of the horse racing industry. My HVAC installer at my cottage knows him well (breeds horses) and can attest that he's done millions of dollars of business on handshake agreements over the last 20 some years.
That's why I find it so annoying to see the Quacker continually post garbage that is obviously motivated by personal grievance. He doesn't have the cojones to come clean, and admit that he had been bested by Chuck in a prior business dealing so instead we have to listen to his pseudo intellectual reasoning as to why not to own the stock.
