Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

What a BS post above. You have zero credibility. I was the one who put it out there that Fed cuts was a negative omen and all you did was attack me. Not only that, when I said the S&P bubble may have popped you had a completely different opinion than the one you have today. I give you ZERO credibility! Own up to it buddy.

Secondly, everything we talked about today was already discussed in your post. I was the first person on this forum to talk about the Sahm rule. Nobody ever even heard of that rule on this forum until now. Stop lying to yourself because anyone with half a brain shouldn't believe you.
