Investors invest to make a financial return - not to join a cult to benefit the 'leader'. This greasy snake oil salesman of yours has pocketed $66 million of investors cash. How much has the average Joe investor taken home in the last 3 years, while Simple Simon lost $3 billion of their cash?

You should be embarrassed trying to justify his absurd compensation. At this point - he's one of the major factors holding the so down.

CEO Compensation 

They get a base pay then get awarded shares based on performance. The performance measure is not the shareprice.
