Annual General meetings were alway held in December before ... 

This one is Annual General and special meeting ? 

Hummm .... I wonder what the special part of it is ? 

Special - We didnt get financing so we are shutting down 

Special - We got financing and are dilluting the float 

Special - We have sales contract and Revenue 

Hummm -  I know someone who will be choosing the last option and be Happy LOL
