RE:Dropping askIts a good thing Tequila, it means that there are less shares available to buy at .015 cents and may mean people think they can hold on to them and maybe sell for $.02 cents or higher.
Dont forget that this assumption also runs on the beliefe that all the shares on the bid and ask are real shares held by real people/investors and the bid ask is not manipulated in any manor.
Here is what they are talking about:
Bid - Ask CSE - C | 10094.1 | 0.01 | · | 0.015 | 4104.1 |
CSE - C | 10094.1 | 0.01 | · | 0.015 | 4104.1 |
On the CSE exchange people with a bid in to buy 10,094,100 @ 1 cent and there are people who want to sell 4,104,100 shares at 1.5 cents and the closer that 4,104,100 get to 0 the sooner the ask will theoretically change from 1.5 cents to 2 cents. the reason I said theoretically is because once that 4,104,100 either gets bought or the seller removes them from the ask, somebody could step up and dump a whole bunch more shares on the ask @ either 1 cent or 1.5 cents.
There are other things that could be at play , but this covers the basics of what Duzer was illuding to and its pretty tough to find a reason why it would be bad. Hope this helps clarify why we want the 4104.1 number to go lower.
