production #Numbers from perupetro are out, showing TAL averaged 19,875 per day, for July,  which is decent. In a few more days we'll get Q2, and I'm sure looking forward to more clarity.  I expect fabulous earnings, with unkowns around their environmental project and when/if they plan to restart buying back shares. As always, how are they doing with their alternatives to barging during low water season.
Some people are concerned about country risk and won't invest anywhere in South America, but that thinking underestimates the risk in Canada and USA. TAL has been perking along quite well, and has accomplished the goals the other oil stocks I  follow have been talking about for a long time, eg getting rid of debt and starting a dividend.
I bought a few more shares yesterday on the dip.  GLTA, Bill
