I cab absolutely assure you that you have misinterpreting a news release that was designed to be misleading. 

You are far from alone in interpreting it the way it was intended to be.

Pyrogenesis is assured of receiving $2 million, that's it.

For the "first stage" of a two stage "contract"?

I'm sorry.

It was hype and still is.
