What is a non neglisive chance of default ?

If you want a number look at thais:

AC has a BB credit rating; according to S&P . According to S&P datas, (1981-2021) for all the BB (-, - and +) the Probability of default (PD) for 5 years was only 6%. ....and a default could be ony a covenant default, nothing to do with a bankrupsy.

I own 2029 bonds of AC bought while AC rating was lower (B) , good return, low risk. I am very comfortable with them......far more happy than owning shares.
