Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Nows the time to buy REITS

Seems like a no brainer, SURE they can go lower on a recession esp if its a hard landing fears, however, based on 2007 GFC and covid, when bond yields are low and reits are depressed, thats the time to load up, because one year theyre going to take off on a double-triple bull run

I dont forsee any hard landing cause the centrral banks know they gotta step in and save the banks fast like last march and big loan losses have been set aside already

I predict XRE will get to $17-18 by Jan 2025. $18 is stiff resistance and about 15% upside from current levels
