Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Oncolytics Biotech Inc. has filed a Follow-on Equity Offerin

I received this email from Simply Wall St, claiming that ONC has filed a Follow-On Equity Offering of $50 million: Common Stock transaction at market value. Did anyonelse receive this? I checked ONC's website and saw nothing related to this under "News". Seems strange after their phone in, which for the most part seemed positive, and then declare an equity finance of $50 million.
