Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. If they needed it they would have taken a portion of it right away.....I'd say it's likely more of a nice shiny bargaining chip to prove to any potential suitors that we're not up against a wall, and desperate for cash.
