Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

EGG ON POWELLS FACE.

What an egg....have 6-12 more months of economic and inflation data that wont matter what happens with rates being lowered due to the latency. They going have to do a couple of back to back 50 bpts. Then cut steadily into 2025 and this is a nice recipe for a REIT bullrun, which I predict will start from Oct-March, possibly ht 2021 highs for the sector!
