Fortunately Uncle is sometimes funny and exhuberant to the extreme. He could be a promoter if taken seriously.
Bernard has good PowerPoint skills and is an experienced promoter. I hope he makes the right decision as to the commercialisation of HPQ's Fumed Silica products.. In the end it will be a combined decision of Peter, Bernard and the Govt of Quebec. (The Govt is a very substantial shareholder and can influence the availability of Hydro to run the future Plant.)
