Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Thanks! I really have no idea of what will happen myself. I do think that eventually reits outperform hard on the rates going down cycle just as they underperformed hard on rates going up cycle and am holding a good amount of it right now, a bigger % than I usually do, my favorite pick in reits is h&r like Frankie. But globally I'm also pretty bearish right now, my portfolio is something like 50% bonds 50% stocks since maybe two months. That's like the most conservative I allow myself to go. So no matter the direction this takes, I shouldn't move up or down too hard.
