I own BPYPM and BPYPP which trade on the NASDAQ...these BPY prefs are holding up well through this storm.

So I guess no FOMO shorted a Japanese bond at .25% and used the proceeds to buy these 10% yielders.  Actually would have been a sweet arbitrage actually....lol.

Have a great day,

Hi Carena.
I have owned BPYPN and BPYPO. But not right now.
Good to see the "yen carry trade " did not reach our prefs.....so far.
All the recession talk is a bit premature IMO.

The only US stock I have (not including US growth funds) is BWXT. Down about 2.25% now.
Q2 is tonight so I expect them to beat estimates .(as usual).
Tomorrow is another story. Time to drive to the cottage and see some wildlife.
