If TUD can come up with a PEA that makes technical and economic sense, I will buy TUD shares.

If TUD can prevent the MTT from going ahead without TUD agreement, I will buy TUD shares.

Meanwhile, TUD needs to raise money and the price is is going down until the financing is done.
