RE:RE:Maduro

RE:RE:MaduroI watched the first 3 minutes after the 18 minute mark and I started to wretch. American oil compsnies were thrown out after nationalization in 1976 when PDVSA was formed. Since the "aperstura" (the opening) in 1996 some were sllowed back in under very limiting operating sgreement arrangements but then Chavez ended that in 2006.

If anybody had been pillaging oil revenues since 1976 it wasn't the Americans. Msybe check out Carlos Andres Perez to get an idea about local caudillos and mafias robbing the country blind to the point of a banking crisis in 1992. Anyway, I won't be buying any of her books. Nor will the msjority of Venezuelans whose minimum wage, in this resource rich country, is about $2 per day. Yeah blame that on the evil imperialists too as Sukhoi fighter jets scramble into the skies over Caracas. Quite a sight to see btw! Impressive looking planes all decked out in Venezuean colours. Look, I really don't care who runs this country. Just get the private sector going again. My neighbours would love to see their fsmily and the around 8 million Venezuelsns who have left this country in desperstion. Or did Uncle Sam put a gun to their head and force them to emigrate to the US? The woman is a twit who knows sh!t.
