Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Work with me here. So if I buy a stock and ride it up say 2000 or 3000 percent or more, and then the market sees an over due correction and that darned stock goes down like 28 percent who would have thunk, OMG.............am I still up? I'm having trouble with the math. Ran out of fingers and toes calculating the gains.
