Just shows you how the average retail investor get's taken in by the mess the institutionals and professionals create in the market. While the institutional representatives are on all the investment shows commenting and pumping up stocks so they can unload on the average retail investor looking for a pittance. The average investor is always cought in the middle and without resources to do anything or representation.

SEC and furthermore, Congress should look to hold these institutions accountable with very harsh penalties!!!
