Montreal expansion to complete Q4 for FSLR

Possible AZUR USA  expansion – Azur major player now in security/commerical aero

capex moderation in  2024 but  possible azur expansion coming up.

As tension heats up VNP becomes defence/securty play  AZUR growth high margin.
