The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I am no one special and don't confess to be, also don't seek adoration like some. Try to make informed and common sense decisions that don't always turn out to be the correct way. That is what makes this a little more than fun and certainly a challenge at times. Also and very importantly remain disciplined and try to remove emotion, ie no wild rants or rash reactions.
