RE:Market Cap Maybe that is why Loukas moved shares to an American brokerage.  The plan was always to sell OBE once they met producton targets and the stock price elevated.  Could be after five years they just want to move on.  If OBE rebounds to $8 U.S. a $10 share offer be accepted?
