Spirit is a mess

Spirit have been lossing money on all divisions. This is why AB is buying its work from Spirit for $1 and getting $559 million from Spirit to make up for the loss.

Bombardier should also buy it's work from Spirit for $1 and get paid the amount Spirit was losing on these contracts.

And the beauty of this is, Boeing takes on all these cost that Spirit has to pay.
