RE:RE:RE:Spirit is a mess

RE:RE:RE:Spirit is a messThat's exactly what I've been saying Stock. Bombardier doesn't need to buy Spirits plant. When Spirit sells the Belfast plant? The new buyer has to assume the responsibilities spelled out in the Spirit contracts they assume from Spirit upon the sale. As I was saying we are far better off staying out of the Belfast plant purchase the price is right. Just FYI. The only other possible buyer mentioned in the past, when Bombardier was selling Belfast, was Safran.

stockitnow wrote: Bombardier doesn't need to pay spirit for belfast division.  Bombardier doesn't need to buy Belfast, as much as Boeing/spirit need to get rid of Belfast from their core Boeing business.
Legallyl bombardier will hold spirit to deliver as per contract.  This is what Martel has been saying.  So whoever buys will be legally required to uphold the contract.  I don't know of anyone else thinking of buying Belfast Bombardier business.

Bombardier has the upper hand on this decision.

i will be very surpeised if bbd get any anything from spirit with similar deal offered to Airbus

imo, bbd will have to pay
