MAE.RT

MAE.RTThe rights will be there for 3 weeks.  What value will they have to sell the rights, if the shareprice is at
.035 bid.  The rights will be a joke on us, when you will be able to buy the shares for almost the same price of .034.   But it looks like they are giving us something right.

This will turn out to be basically an 8 million dollar financing from Dundee at.034 cents a share.  Plus the warrants they will receive that do have value.  If the price goes up, they exercise them.  If the price goes down, they don't have to.  All the upside, with no risk.

I was afraid they would finance at a price less than the last financing.  I did not expect it to be at .034.

The last financing was at .05 with no warrants.

I guess other than the readers of this board, no one else sees the value as being .05.  Otherwise they would have raised money at that price at a mininum.

How can people post what a wonderful thing the financing terms are?
