The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. TOMORROWS THE BIG DAY!What  can go wrong?.....dividend cut, AFFO going from 0.13 to 0.12 or god forbid 0.11 which is making the payout ratio insane

What can go right?  More asset dispositions announced, NAV writeup from $13.96 or something to $14, AFFO same or higher
