The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

NAV WRITEDOWNS OVER?Seems to have been over for a few quarters now, and these vehicles still trade at 30-50% off NAV.  And 15-20% off more conservative "analyst" NAVS.   Is the market really expecting further NAV declines?
