UK JOINT VENTURE FLOP LAST JUNE

Remember this tanked cause the JV investor that was going to put up like 300m or whatever to JV the U K portfolio made this REIT dive like 10%+

Now they effectively just sold the whole dam thing and cut dividend, thereby retaining more cashflow

All positive in my view. PDL was loading up at $7 not long ago

Time for this trd to catch a bid

Ironically the reit is more sellablel now, surprising they cant just put it all up for sale and get $10-11
