It has a concentrator plant (CP) and a mineral separation plant.

Royalty investment?

Royalty investment?I think Mr. Dubey and the board have to explain this move to us shareholders. We are spending $15 mil to partner with Northstar, a speculative stock at best. This is a penny stock! It hardly trades and has a market cap of $25 mil. What am I not seeing??? Instead of mining Zircon and titanium we are now in the used asphalt shingle business! Explain please!
