THE REIT DOOM LOOP

THE REIT DOOM LOOPJust like the previous 6 quarers, we will see some asset sales, we will see a weaker AFFO,  we will see NAV sputter around $14ish, and unit  price will remain in the $6s, manji will talk about his execution and articulate how much assets they sold over the past year, including perhaps new ones...

and we will flop around in the 6s with no end in sight

And its all thanks to .... CPI AND HAWKISH CENTRAL BANKS
