The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I just wanted to highlight that Reits, such as Artis, need to sell assets and re-purchase equity to obtain their net asset value versus companies with a bitcoin strategy can sell equity or dilute their owners to buy more bitcoin and are rewarded with a trading valuation above net asset value.
