RE:RE:Anticipating results..I don't how how comparable the pre-COVID era is to today - interest rates for example - but yep, longer-term it all looks positive. But demographics dictate that expansion is going to be required, either by acquisition or DIY. Personally, I'd prefer consolidating properties that have spare capacity and bringing them up to Sienna's operational standards then doing new builds.
If we do get even halfway to $20, I'll be taking some money off the table as I'd be too heavily exposed to the stock at that point.
By the way, I don't own Chartwell or Extendicare. I think I owned them both briefly but preferred Sienna coming out of COVID.
