Under Peter's watch this company has grown from nothing to $150 million dollars. Revolutionized the fumed silica process, has solutions for MANY dirty legacy processes of industry, Is currently in house testing at Constellium, and elsewhere, as an example. Created a breakthrough way for producing 3D metal powders, etc etc etc

There's over 100 employees who disagree with you as well.
