Net debt was $185M in Sept 2019.
Share price was $1.47.
Market cap $125M.

EV: $310M

Net debt now at $96M.
Share price at $1.06.
Market cap: $104M

EV: $200M

Thats a 36% EV haircut so maybe its justified.
