RE:RE:RE:RE:No ambiguity, Chevron irrelevant. Judge Gleason - Obama.5P5 - I assume you are referencing my post.

I have no political affliations wahtsoever - none period - never will - for me its all about government ILLEGAL over reach, government/hedge funds ILLEGAL manipulations and their overall contribution to mining ILLEGAL corruption for their profitable benefits - not ours.

My whole premise is about governent interrvention and over reach which is completely ILLEGAL....that is where your focus should be....these agaencies use powers where they do not have the authority to even buy mechanical pencil...let alone stop world class mining projects such as NDM's...this is balantantly relevant towards NDM.

All these legal actions NDM has faced and the paid for protests (prove that they were not paid) were and still are all highly politically charged. Get your thinking on this staright....

We Must collectively Get Federal Government over reach out of the mining industry because their employees are clueless where their actual pay cheques come including yours and every shareholder invested in NDM - it all starts from Mining PERiOD. Pay more attention to the Chevron Doctrine developments as more clarity is revealed.

RC123 and a few others are the ones who are politically charged on this board because they constantly post the same old old old someelses bent/supplied opininoated news that is all irrelevant today. RC123 has a harmful agenda here, always did and always will continue and this entity is totally irrelevant. Make him so.

Technologies 20 years ago is totally different today......open cell mining to closed cell mining technologies is being implemented....water treatment is even 1000% cleaner today with these new technologies that can be discharged better today than what the drinking water comes out of the great lakes around major city centers...and people drink it daily with protests.

Educate yourself and really get into the game.....THE Chevron Doctrine judgement will come to pass as being historical......I would think lawsuits from all harmed by this illegal 90's act are being discussed and look at. A lot more information on this front must still come out on the amount of harm and damages Chevron has ruined the US economies and its citizens. The question is why did Chevron Doctrine get put in place....and who did this benefit?
