RE:institutional owners of Iteris, Rekor and QTRHI'd say that Chuck has a lot of work to do in this area, wanttoknowwhy.  I've heard that feedback from institutional investors approaches earlier in the year questioned if it wasn't premature to consider Quarterhill.

QTRHF and ITI have similar financial profiles, with Quarterhill producing better growth picture.  Rekor is a mess that consistenly loses $8M - $10M per quarter.
