Nevada Copper Corp NEVDQ

Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Have you or anyone here seen a listing of the 'debts'?  Do we know how much $ is to paid to creditors, legal fees, etc before any distribution to share holders?  I assume the $60M DIP must also be repaid  from sale proceeds.

Remember there are approx 1.43 billion shares outstanding. So by whatever the final sale amount exceeds all debts (if the sale does, in fact, exceed all debts and fees) must be divided by 1.4 billion to arrive at a 'share price' dispersal or value.

My opinion (uninformed) is that all this will be determined by how much interest globally there exist for a marginal deposit. Remember, this has never shown a profit, or robust production.

Will there be a bidding war, or will someone step in and pick up the property for pennies after there are no serious bidders?  We've seen figures from $20M to $500m thown about, but until we see some bids, everything is speculation.
