Earnings!!!

Earnings!!!Much happier with what I see on the surface this report, but I haven't dove in yet...

Distributable Income is pretty close to where I expected it to be for the new share amount, 6 months ago, I was guessing $12.1M and we see an 11.6, which is a little over 7 cents per share per quarter where I was projecting 7.25+... hopefully this is the norm and we build from here rather than the results last quarter.

We could see a dividend hike if this is the expected norm going forward. This would be about 28 cents per share over a full year compared to the 25 cent dividend, so 3 cents of wiggle room is more than usual for us. We shall see what happens...

I'm still down with my plan of lightening up should we go over $3.10ish, we should start rising from this report, tho the market is pretty choppy waters right now...
