RE:RE:UG & OP are not the star deposits That article is from December 2021. There is a possibility that that porphyry was drilled since that time. We (the public) have yet received any information on the recent OP drilling results. Most of this is confidential.

When I see an advisor like Moelis charging the debtors 150 K per month, plus 2% commission for the sale of the assets plus 3,500,000 USD upon closing of sale, that tells me this transaction is no small potatoes...

All those fees could have been avoided if a deal was settled prior to petition. It looks like leveraging the court process and having a big shot advisor like Moelis will help get the best value for all the assets...

Prior negotiations were for a partial sale of at least 51% of shares or more funding. PH is an asset for the majors...
