Personally, I think your man has pushed the envelope insider-trading wise on a number of occasions.
One example of which was on Friday, October 7th, 2022.
The trust sold 50,000 shares that day, and later that night the company announced a contract had been canceled.
More recently, the trust has sold half a million shares in the weeks leading up to terrible quarterly results.
Some of those shares were sold as high as $1.04.
The trust's last sale was four days before the earnings announcement.
Maybe he thinks he's above the law, or maybe his sales are absolutely kosher, but I think it stinks.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if the regulators are looking into it.
