Filing for Chapter 11 to get the best deal

Filing for Chapter 11 to get the best dealIt's a starter bid my friend and initial stalking horse bids are rarely accepted due to over bids.

The biggest bagholders are Pala and Mercuria and the only type of share issued are common shares (not preferred shares). So wtv is left for shareholders is split equally between all of us. As per court documents, Pala Investments has been in contact with Moelis prior to petition...

If the public market, prices Filo Corp 62× book value, what's to say a bidding/ biden/ bitten war for Nevada Copper can't do the same?

Nevada Copper at only 20 X BV is 3.20 USD per share evaluating them at 4.5 Billion USD.

If the aim is to sell the assets at highest or best/beast/beets value, than going with Moelis at a 2% commission and through the court system, is the best option it seems/seems.

Pala has the most invested and the most to loose so why wouldn't they accept an offer before chapter 11 if post petition they would get less? Doesn't make sense/cents/
