Bidding war

Bidding war Much of the talks were for change of control  but it appears they (mainly Pala) didn't want to give up 51% for whatever offer was being presented... very stubborn negotiator...3 or 4 failed/phailed change of control proposals in a period of 2 years....Holy Smokes!

The people interested in buying the assets don't need Pala and Mercuria in the picture. You see/sea, the people who will end up with the assets will be worth close to 60-100 Billion USD or more...  That's why I/eye believe Kinterra may have a secret backer with deep pockets to pursue the buyout from this company.

Anyone here wondering why or how Filo Corp is trading 62X book value? Eye guess it's possible for the same to happen with Nevada Copper with a bidding/biden war created by Moelis. which is why we are in Chapter 11... not sure many hear/here have read more than 6 chapters in a book before/bephore but eye trust some here will understand when it's all completed.
