Announced Cash Incoming This Quarter Roughly 30MNext quarter MPCT Has a huge cash injection coming. We are selling 2 office buildings for ~30M, and these have no debt against them.

Additionally, more IVY condos and Brightwater condos are expected to close which will repay debt and bring net profit. Additionally recurring income is accelerating through lease ups.

The 49 Ontario closing is likely to happen in Q4 or Q1 with announcement soon.

Balance sheet will be very clean with NOI growing extremely fast. Distributions reinstated late 2025.
