Who's Calling the Shots..with Trillion?

Who's Calling the Shots..with Trillion?Past understanding was Trillion was the drilling operator with 49% ownership and their partner state owned TPAO owns 51% and has PRODUCTION operativeship . Since all these wells were deem to be in production, then one has to ask who has responsibilies now for addressing these water issues. Could their partner be the ones responsible and is currently directly involved and makes all the decisions on these matters to bring back production. Thats a valid question that CEO needs to respond too, on who decides and makes decisions on these water load issues and velocity strings installations.

This is a fair question..
