Personally I believe although it's a penny stock, the banks (or any fund manager) can short sell anything they want. You do not find it interesting that in all the interviews he never touches the subject nor does the interviewer, even though it's killing the valuation of the company. Of course the interviews are scripted. The system is rigged and we do not have the advantage let's say.
Technically, it's forming a nice cup and handle on NTAR, will this be the right (real) move up towards $1??? If 01 brings it back down again from the next move up, it will never hit $1 again.
