I recall the most bearish of REIT investors past few years in the hiking cycle and high rates that steered cleared of rates, said they would start nibbling or buying when the cuts actually started.  BOC has given 2 with more expected.  And you have HIGH QUALITY non-office reits like DIR AND REI trading at depressed levels not far away from fall lows, HR even more so.   and juicy dividends covered

It needs to start making sense at this point
