Osisko Mining owns 20.8% of O3 mining 

After the Gold Fields deal closes then , Gold Fields will 

own this 20.8% shareholding. This is right at the door of 

Canadian Malartic.

Remember the bad blood between AEM and Gold 

Fields over the bidding of Yamana Gold in which Gold 
 

Fields lost the bidding when Agnico came over the top 

to outbid Gold Fields.

Will Agnico now revaluate their M&A strategy to 

be preemptive?
