The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Ok last time it was here was Dec/January, and now we're even ~9 months later with furtherh declines in inflation rate and cuts in canada started and US to go next month...BUT

CAD REITS are all 5-15% lower across the board?
