TodayE*trade has shares outstanding at 77 million. That's a little jump. Would this be enough to encourage some to sell. I suppose so. Otherwise, are the Mm's walking it down and shaking out loose hands. Maybe. Has there been connective press regarding biotechs? Maybe. Right now, the volume is too low to cause concern imo. If it were to continue ......I'm sure many here have seen the walk down before news. It happens. Hang in there
