The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hi, I largely stopped looking at this forum. Too toxic. My take is we are fine here. Market is skittish and people,have scars from real estate investing. I am actually quite happy with the results for the reits I own. Sgr payout ratio down, prv paying off debt, others doing well. The office stuff is also stable but will be the last to show consistency in share price appreciation due to other names still being on sale. I am less paraand annoyed so thats why Im not here anymore. Cheers
